I'm looking for people interested in starting up/joining a Dragon Age fitness challenge group. The basic idea (and it really is basic at this point - I could use some help fleshing out the idea) is that members will create characters and use roleplay with that character to establish health and fitness goals. For example, if your character is a mage, and you desire to escape the Tower, you might take an escape challenge which involves exercising for a total of 5 hours in the span of one week, or walking 15 miles in a week. A group might take a quest to recover an artifact from one of the lost thaigs, and as a group, would need to collectively contribute 1000 exercise hours to be successful, as well as calorie tracking (you don't want to run out of supplies down there!)
The group is set up on SparkPeople.com. If you're not familiar with it, it's a free online weight loss community. It's set up nicely for tracking goals, individually, and as a group.
